After launch Unforgettable! "stays" on the tray, and does not
interfeare with your work until an alarm/reminder task is
"fired"!
Double-clik on the tray icon to open the Task list window to view the
existing tasks,
or
Right-click to open the options popup menu. |

Task List window
Each task is represented with a different image, depending on the
set of actions assigned to it, so it's very easy to "read"
the tasks with a single glance.
Filter your tasks, in order to view tasks scheduled for today, for
tomorrow,
the next seven days or simply all your tasks. Sort them by Title, Run
times, Scheduled or Creation date.
Export a task and send it via e-mail to a friend or colleague, that
uses Unforgettable!, in order to assign him a task.
View detailed information about each
task like:
the Creation date, how many times has run, the last run date
etc, |

Add task wizard
Add a task fast with the ease of use Add Task wizard in three
simple steps:

Step 1.
Give a Title to your task (required) and a small
description (250 characters max) of what this task
"does".
Click "Next>>"

Preferences
|
You can easily set a few options by the Preferences
dialog window.
Decide, if you want to view all missed tasks or
silently calculate their new schedule.
Customize Tasklist's toolbar and the tooltips display time.
Define your SMTP host details in order to send e-mails
automatically.
Set the reflexes of the Automated Actions in seconds. |

want to pause your current work and read the message later.
(after 5 minutes or after one week!)
Click OK and the task's new "alarm" schedule
will be calculated, if any. |
